Delivery & Shipping
Getting your physical gold and silver to you safely, discreetly and on time is just as important as the metal itself. We have shipped bullion to clients paying with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies since 2018, and our dispatch process is built around three principles: full insurance, total discretion, and end-to-end tracking.
When your order is dispatched
Because we settle in cryptocurrency, the dispatch clock starts the moment your payment is confirmed on-chain — not when you click "buy". When you check out, the price you see is locked and your order is reserved against hedged inventory. As soon as your transaction reaches the required network confirmations, your order moves into packing.
- In-stock items are generally picked, packed and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- High-value or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer; if so, we tell you the expected window by email.
- You receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number the moment your parcel leaves us.
Insured, discreet, tracked packaging
Every shipment leaves fully insured to its declared value for the entire journey. We never economise on protection.
- Discreet by default. Parcels carry no external branding and no reference to precious metals. To anyone handling the package, it is an ordinary, unremarkable parcel.
- Secure packaging. Bullion is sealed, padded and immobilised so coins, bars and assay cards cannot move in transit.
- Tracked end-to-end, with a signature required on delivery so your bullion is never left unattended.
Where we ship and how long it takes
We ship worldwide to more than 150 countries using vetted specialist couriers chosen for security and reliability.
- United Kingdom: usually 1–3 business days from dispatch.
- European Union: typically 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Rest of world: varies by destination and local customs; we give a guide at checkout.
All timeframes are estimates measured from dispatch (on-chain confirmation) and exclude delays caused by customs or events outside our control.
Customs, import duties and taxes
For international orders, your bullion may pass through customs in the destination country. Any import duties, VAT or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our price. We always declare shipments accurately and lawfully.
If something goes wrong
- Lost in transit: contact us straight away; we open a carrier investigation and, where loss is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund under our insurance.
- Damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and contents; keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Your metal should reach you exactly as it left us — genuine, intact and untraceable to prying eyes. If it doesn't, we make it right.
