These Terms govern your use of the BTC Bullions website and your purchase of physical gold and silver bullion using cryptocurrency. By placing an order, you agree to them. Bullion is a market-linked product, so some terms (particularly on pricing and cancellations) differ from ordinary online shopping. Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.

1. Who you are contracting with

BTC Bullions is a trading name of Ethical Gold Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14251139, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 1GP. Contact: [email protected].

2. Pricing, live spot and price-lock

Prices derive from the live spot price plus our transparent premium. Because spot moves continuously, prices update in real time. At checkout your price is locked for a short, stated window; if payment is not confirmed on-chain within that window, the lock may expire and the order be re-priced.

3. Payment in cryptocurrency

We accept Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies and stablecoins shown at checkout. Your order is paid once your transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address and network.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it by confirming payment and dispatching your goods. We may decline or cancel orders (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailability) and will refund any payment received.

5. Cancellations and the market-loss policy

Because your locked price is tied to the financial markets and we hedge immediately, bullion is treated as goods whose price depends on market fluctuations we cannot control. The ordinary 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right therefore does not apply once an order is placed. If an order is cancelled and spot has fallen, you are responsible for the resulting market loss; if spot is unchanged or higher, no market loss is charged. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

6. Shipping and transfer of risk

We ship worldwide in fully insured, discreet, tracked, signature-required packaging. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery timeframes run from on-chain confirmation. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are your responsibility.

7. Authenticity

All bullion is sourced from accredited refiners and recognised mints and is guaranteed genuine, of the stated weight and purity, supplied in original sealed condition (save where clearly described otherwise).

8. Buyback

We operate a buyback service for eligible bullion at our prevailing bid price (based on live spot, less our standard spread), subject to verification on receipt. Payout is made in cryptocurrency or as otherwise agreed once we have received and verified the metal.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide our products and website with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses outside our reasonable control (market movements, blockchain issues, carrier/customs delays), indirect losses, or any investment outcome — nothing on this site is financial advice, and metal prices can fall as well as rise. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
