BTC Bullions respects your privacy — it's one of the reasons many clients choose to buy bullion with crypto. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect, and why

Order & delivery details (name, shipping address, email) — to process and ship your order.
Transaction information (order contents, amounts, crypto used, blockchain references, refund wallet) — to confirm payment and keep records.
Account information (if you register) — to let you track orders and manage details.
Communications — to answer your questions.
Technical & usage data (IP, device, interactions via cookies/analytics) — to keep the site secure and improving.

No KYC under $50,000

We do not require identity verification for orders under USD $50,000. For larger transactions, or where legally obliged, we may request additional information and will tell you what is required and why before proceeding.

Our lawful basis

Performance of a contract — to fulfil, ship and support your order.
Legal obligation — to keep financial records and meet statutory requirements.
Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention and service improvement.
Consent — for non-essential cookies, analytics and any optional marketing.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the limited providers needed to run our business (couriers, payment/blockchain tools, hosting and analytics), under contract, and only as necessary — or where legally required by a competent authority.

Order/financial records: kept as required by UK tax law (generally up to 6 years).
